Can I list with an agent as well as PropertyNow?

Sometimes — it depends on the agency agreement you have signed.

PropertyNow charges a flat marketing fee only and never charges commission when your property sells. The issue to check is whether commission could be payable to the separate agent.

• Exclusive agreement: you will usually need to wait until it ends or obtain a written release before we can publish the property.
• Sole or open agreement: you may be able to advertise with PropertyNow at the same time, but check the clauses about private sales, buyer introductions, effective cause and any continuing period.

Read the agreement carefully and, if anything is unclear, ask the agent to confirm your position in writing or have your solicitor or conveyancer review it before you list.
