Can I edit my listing after I publish or check out?

Yes. You can edit almost every part of your listing at any time, as often as you like, and there is no charge for changes.

What can I change?

• Photos: upload, remove or reorder them.
• Price: update the advertised price or range, keeping the 10% rule in mind.
• Description and headline
• Inspection times
• Property features and details

How to make an edit

1. Log in to your PropertyNow dashboard.
2. Select the property.
3. Open the section you want to change.
4. Make the edit and hit Save.

How quickly will it appear?

Once the listing is live, saved changes are sent automatically to the portals 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We don't hold routine updates back while our team reviews them behind the scenes.

Most changes appear within minutes. The portals sometimes cache their public pages, so allow a few hours — particularly for price changes — before assuming something is stuck.

The manual review applies to the first publication of a new listing, not to ordinary edits after it is live.
