Why can I see old photos of my property on realestate.com.au or Domain?

You're most likely looking at the property profile page, not your listing. realestate.com.au and Domain keep a profile page for every address, which collects the history of the property, including photos from earlier sales and rentals. That's why it can show far more photos than you've uploaded.

Your live listing is what buyers see

When buyers search on realestate.com.au or Domain, they see your live listing, which only shows the photos in your account. On the profile page, look for the View listing link to get to your live ad.

Can the old photos be removed?

We don't control property profile pages and can't change them. If you'd like old photos taken off, or anything else on a profile page changed, such as the rent or price shown, you'll need to ask realestate.com.au or Domain directly.

Why is there an old street photo, with another agent's sign?

Domain's property profile pages can show a Google Street View image of the property. It comes from Google, so it may be years old and can still show a previous agent's sign. It isn't part of your live listing, and we can't remove it.
