What happens after I submit an offer?

Once you submit an offer through our online form, the seller is emailed straight away with your offer and your contact details. You'll receive an email confirming it was sent — check your junk folder if it hasn't arrived.

From there it's between you and the seller. They may accept, decline, or come back with a counter-offer, and they'll contact you directly. If you haven't heard anything after a couple of days, it's fine to follow up with them.

If the form isn't working, or you'd rather we pass the offer on, message us with the property address and your offer and we'll send it through.
