To help you present your property professionally, PropertyNow automatically generates a high-quality PDF brochure for every listing. These brochures are designed to be clear, consistent, and easy.

How the Brochure is Structured

The layout is automatically pulled from the data you enter in your PropertyNow dashboard. The standard format includes:

  • Header: The property price is prominently displayed at the top.
  • Visuals: Your main "Hero" photo is featured at the top, followed by a professional property title.
  • Property Details: The full property description and a list of key features.
  • Engagement: Current inspection times (if applicable) and direct contact details.

Note on Length: If your listing has a very detailed description or an extensive list of features, the system will automatically extend the brochure to a second page to ensure all information remains legible.

What Can and Cannot Be Customized?

Because our system is built for speed and portal compatibility, we use a standardized design for all clients.

  • What you CAN edit: You have full control over the content. Any changes you make to your property description, features, price, or contact details in your dashboard will automatically update the brochure within minutes.
  • What you CANNOT edit: The layout, style, and photo placement are fixed. This ensures the design remains professional and meets the technical requirements of all third-party websites.

How to Update Your Brochure

If you notice a typo or want to change the details on your brochure, simply:

  1. Log in to your PropertyNow Dashboard.
  2. Edit the relevant section of your listing (e.g., Description or Features).
  3. Click Save.
  4. Wait approximately 30 minutes for the portals to sync, and your new brochure will be ready for download.
