RealCommercial Upgrades

When you list on RealCommercial, your ad starts as a Standard Listing. To increase visibility and generate more enquiries, you can choose from three "Priority" upgrade tiers.

The Hierarchy of Exposure

  1. Elite Plus: The highest level of exposure available.
  2. Elite: High-level placement above Enhanced and Standard listings.
  3. Enhanced: Mid-level placement that sits above Standard listings.
  4. Standard: The baseline listing (appears in newest-to-oldest order).

1. Elite Plus

This is the "heavy hitter" of commercial advertising. It is designed for high-value properties or those in highly competitive areas.

  • Placement: Rotates within the top spots of search results.
  • Design: Features the largest photos and most prominent branding.
  • Duration: Available in 30-day or 90-day cycles.

2. Elite

The Elite tier offers a significant boost over standard listings without the top-tier price tag of Elite Plus.

  • Placement: Appears below Elite Plus but above all other listing types.
  • Features: Larger photos than Enhanced or Standard listings.
  • Duration: Typically quoted for a 90-day period.

3. Enhanced

Think of this as the "Professional" tier. It’s a great way to ensure you don't get buried by newer standard listings.

  • Placement: Sits directly above Standard listings.
  • Features: Slightly larger photo and better visibility than a basic ad.
  • Duration: Typically quoted for a 90-day period.

Important Pricing & Terms

⚠️ A Note on Dynamic Pricing: RealCommercial does not have a "flat rate" for upgrades. The cost is determined by the suburb and the date the quote is generated.
  • Quotes are Temporary: Prices provided by RealCommercial are subject to change at any time. A quote provided today may differ from one provided next week.
  • Non-Refundable: Once an upgrade is activated on the portal, it is non-refundable. RealCommercial does not offer pro-rata refunds if the property sells or leases before the 30/90 day period ends.
  • Check Your Current Status: Before upgrading, always check your dashboard to see which upgrades (if any) are already active on your listing to avoid doubling up.
