How it works

If your tenant backs out, doesn't sign, or doesn't move in after you've marked the property as leased, contact us within 30 days of marking it leased and we'll reinstate your original listing free of charge. Same listing, same photos and text, back on our site and the portals. There's nothing to rebuild and nothing to pay.

Marking a listing as leased can only be undone by our team, so just message us through chat or email support@propertynow.com.au with the property address and we'll take it from there.

A few tips so you're covered

• Mark the property as leased once your tenant has signed and paid their bond or rent in advance, rather than on a verbal yes. See How do I mark my property as leased?.
• The 30 days run from the day you marked the property leased, not from the day the tenant pulled out, so if things look shaky, get in touch early.
• Once the listing is back up you carry on as normal, and when a new tenant is found you simply mark it leased again.
