I'm listing with an agent (or was recently), can I still list PropertyNow?

If you are now (or were recently) listed with an agent, you need to check the terms of your agency agreement very carefully.

If your agency agreement with the agent has expired/finished you should be able to list with us no problems.

Problems only occur if you have a current, exclusive agency agreement with another agency as they have exclusive rights to the property sale and the property commission.

Be mindful of checking terms carefully as in the case of some agreements, agents can still claim a commission outside the agreement period, if they were the effective cause of the sale/originally introduced the buyer to the property.
