I'm having trouble uploading my floorplan

If you're having trouble uploading your floorplan, it's usually because the file is the wrong type.

Floorplans must be uploaded as an image file (JPEG, PNG or GIF) and cannot be a PDF, which is how plans are commonly supplied.

You can convert the PDF to a PNG by taking a screenshot of it (the Windows Snipping Tool works well). Or simply email it to support@propertynow.com.au with your listing address and we'll convert it and add it to your listing for you.
