I have an open agreement with an agent, can I still list with PropertyNow?

Definitely! If you have an open agreement, you're more than welcome to engage other agencies as per the terms of that agreement. Open agreements state that you only owe a commission to the agent that brings in the buyer. This means that if you use us (as we're only assisting you in selling) that when you sell, there's no commission payable.
