I can't login to my account

t’s frustrating when you can’t get into your account, but the fix is usually very simple! The most common reason users experience login issues is being on the wrong portal.

PropertyNow uses two distinct platforms to ensure landlords and tenants have the specific tools they need. If your credentials aren't working, please check your URL first.


Check Your Portal (Most Common Fix)

Our system is split into two "rooms." If you try to use landlord keys on the tenant door, it won't open!

  • Landlords & Sellers: You must use the Owner Portal.
    • **Correct URL: **app.propertynow.com.au
    • Use this to manage your listings, view enquiries, or edit property details.
  • Tenants: You must use the Tenant Portal.
Tip: If you have bookmarked the login page, check that the address matches your user type.


Verify Your Credentials

If you are definitely on the correct portal but still can't get in:

  • Check for Typos: Ensure there are no accidental spaces at the beginning or end of your email address.
  • Password Reset: Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen. We will send a reset link to your registered email address.
  • Case Sensitivity: Remember that while emails aren't usually case-sensitive, passwords are!


Clear Your Browser Cache

Sometimes, your web browser tries to "help" by remembering old, incorrect login data.

  • Try opening the portal in an Incognito or Private window.
  • If it works in Incognito, you may need to clear your browser's cache and cookies.
