How will I receive enquiries from my ad?

PropertyNow uses a fully automated, 24/7 enquiry delivery system to ensure you never miss a potential lead. Whether a buyer or tenant prefers to call or email, our system connects them directly to you in real-time.


1. Email Enquiries

When a lead clicks the “Email Agent” or “Enquire” button on a portal like realestate.com.au or Domain:

  • Forwarding: Their message is instantly forwarded to your registered PropertyNow email address.
  • The "Confirmation": To help the lead move quickly, they also receive an automated "confirmation" email containing your name and phone number so they can reach out to you immediately.


2. Phone Enquiries (The 1300 System)

To protect your privacy and provide 24/7 service, all phone enquiries go through our dedicated 1300 number.

How it works for the caller:

  1. The Code: When a lead clicks “Phone Agent” or calls the 1300 number, they are prompted to enter your unique 4-digit enquiry code (this code is automatically added to the top and bottom of your listing text).
  2. The Information: Once the code is entered, the system reads your name and phone number to the caller.

How it works for you:

  • Email Notification: Every time someone calls and enters your code, you will receive an automated email notification.
  • Caller ID: This email will include the caller’s contact details (unless they have called from a private/blocked number) so you can follow up if they didn't reach you.


Why use an automated system?

Because the system is fully automated, it never sleeps. Even if a buyer is browsing at 11:00 PM, they can get your contact details instantly without waiting for a receptionist or a manual email reply.
