How to create and launch your listing

1. Log In or Register

  • New Users: Go to thePropertyNow website and click 'Get Started' in the top right corner to create your account.
  • Existing Users: Simply click 'My Account' to log in.


2. Start the Listing Process

Once logged in, you will usually be taken straight to the listing setup. If not, look for the 'Add Property +' button on the left-hand side of your dashboard to begin.


3. Complete Your Property Details

The system will guide you through several sections (Address, Features, Description, and Photos).

  • Save as you go: Click ‘Continue’ at the bottom of each page to save your progress.
  • Jump ahead: You can use the top navigation bar to skip to a specific section if you aren't ready to complete a certain step (like uploading photos) just yet.


4. Uploading Photos and Documents

  • Images: We recommend landscape format and high-resolution files (under 5MB).
  • Proof of Ownership: You will need to upload a rates notice or title search to comply with real estate legislation.
  • Having trouble? If you struggle to upload your images or documents, don't worry. Just email them to support@propertynow.com.au and our team will attach them for you.


5. Finalize and Submit

When you reach the Checkout step, you will need to:

  1. Select your payment method: Enter your details to finalize the package.
  2. Confirm Shipping: Double-check your address for your "For Sale" or "For Lease" sign.
  3. Choose Activation Timing: You can select to activate your listing 'IMMEDIATELY' or 'LATER' (if you're still finishing touches on the house).


What Happens Next?


Once you hit submit, the ball is in our court:

  1. The Manual Audit: Our expert team receives your listing and manually checks everything—from your spelling and grammar to your compliance with REA and Domain's strict policies.
  2. Going Live: We aim to review and activate listings within one business hour (during AEST business hours), 7 days a week.
  3. Notifications: You will receive an email confirmation the moment your listing is live on the major portals.
