How long will it take to publish my listing?

We know that once your property is ready, you want it in front of buyers or tenants as quickly as possible. At PropertyNow, we take pride in having one of the fastest activation turnarounds in the industry.

Launch Timeline

1. Submission & Audit: Once you hit 'Submit' on your listing, our expert team receives a notification. We manually review every listing to check for spelling, grammar, and compliance with portal rules.
2. Providing everything is complete (including your proof of ownership documents), we aim to approve your listing within the hour.
3. Portal Sync: Once we hit the approval button, our systems instantly push the data to the major portals. While Realestate.com.au and Domain often show listings within 5 to 10 minutes, we recommend allowing up to 30 minutes for the listing to propagate across all 10+ websites in our network.

Activation Hours

Our team is on standby to approve listings 7 days a week. Unlike traditional agencies that close on Friday afternoon, we process new listings and updates all through the weekend.

Can I choose a future start date?

Yes. When finalizing your listing in the dashboard, you have full control over the timing:

• Activate Immediately: We will audit and launch it as soon as it hits our desk.
• Select a Date: You can set a specific future date for the listing to go live.
• "Hold" for Later: You can submit the listing and simply let us know when you’re ready to pull the trigger.

What could cause a delay?

To ensure your listing goes live within that one-hour window, please double-check that:

• Proof of Ownership (Rates notice/Title search) has been uploaded.
• Identification (Driver's License) has been provided.
• High-Resolution Photos are uploaded in the correct format.

If anything is missing, our team will reach out to you immediately to get it sorted so we can get you on the market.
