How do I subscribe to rental management?

Most of our members subscribe to a management plan during the checkout process when first listing their property for lease. However, if you already have a tenant, don't need to advertise right now, or are already mid-campaign and have decided to add our rental management tools, you can easily start a subscription at any time.

Once active, you’ll have full access to digital leases, automated rent collection, and maintenance tracking. Here are the quickest ways to get started:

Option 1: From your property dashboard (quickest)

This is the most direct route if you are looking at your main overview.

  1. Log in to your account and select your property address, or the 'Manage property and edit listings' button below your property address.
  2. Scroll down past the 'Latest Listings' section.
  3. Click the green 'Add a new subscription' button located in the lower right-hand corner.

Option 2: From the Rental Management menu

If you are already working within a specific property's details, you don't need to go back to the dashboard.

  1. Look at the main navigation menu on the left side of your screen.
  2. Locate the 'Rental Management' section.
  3. You can click into any sub-page within this menu (such as Lease, Rent, or Tenants).
  4. If the property isn't currently covered, you will see a prompt to start a subscription directly on that page.

Option 3: While advertising your property

If you haven't finished checking out for your advertisement yet, you can simply follow the normal listing process.

  1. Complete your property listing details.
  2. Proceed to the Checkout step.
  3. We will pre-select the subscription package for you as part of the checkout, but you can change or confirm your preferred option right there before finalising.

Tip: If you have multiple properties, you will need to add a separate subscription for each individual address you wish to manage through the platform.

Option 4: When adding a property that already has a tenant

If the property isn't in your account yet, click 'New Property +', enter the address and choose Manage an existing tenancy when we ask what you'd like to do with it. You'll go straight to the subscription page without creating a listing.

Finding your way back later

Once a property has an active subscription (or a residential rental listing), its card on your main dashboard shows a Manage Tenancy & Rent button that takes you straight to your tenancy and rent tools.

Monthly or annual?

As well as the monthly plan there's a Manage Only Annual plan: 12 months of Rental Management with no listing, paid up front. Both are shown when you subscribe. See What is the cost?.
