• Customizable Templates: While all standard rooms are preloaded for you based on your state's requirements, you can easily delete areas that don't apply to your specific property.

• It is a DIY tool: PropertyNow provides the software to make this process as easy as possible for self-managing landlords. You will still need to physically attend the property to conduct the inspection and fill out the report—we do not send staff to the property to do this on your behalf.
