Do I give buyers a copy of the contract?

Oftentimes a buyer will request a copy of the contract before even inspecting the property or making an offer - this is nothing to be concerned by.

You can feel comfortable giving the buyer a copy of the contract, and it's actually good practice to do so. We recommend having a look at your state legislation also, to see what is required by law.
