Can I have extra text on my standard for sale or rent sign?

By default, to keep your sign as clean and readable as possible from the street, our standard For Sale and For Rent signboards feature your phone number as the only custom information.

We understand that some properties—like units at the back of a large complex, townhouses, or homes with rear-lane access—need a little extra direction for buyers.

If required, we can add one small extra line of text to your sign upon request.

• What we can add: Short, directional text such as "Unit 4", "Access via Smith St", or "Townhouse 2".
• What we cannot add: To ensure the phone number remains large and easy for passing traffic to read, we cannot add long property descriptions, feature lists (e.g., "3 Bed, 2 Bath"), or multiple sentences. The text must remain brief.

How to Request a Custom Addition

If you need a small custom line like a unit number added to your board, please send us a message email our support team immediately after you order your sign or publish your listing. Our team will make sure the printers are updated before your board is dispatched!
