Boosting your reach with social media campaigns

While portals like Realestate.com.au are great for active buyers, social media advertising allows you to reach passive buyers—people who aren't necessarily checking the portals every day but would be interested in your property if they saw it in their feed.


For a flat fee of $249 (inc. GST), our team creates and manages a targeted Facebook and Instagram campaign designed to drive high-quality traffic directly to your listing.


How the Campaign Works

Your ad is professionally formatted to include your primary property image, price, key features (beds/baths/cars), and a compelling snippet of your description.

  • The Destination: When a user clicks your ad, they are taken directly to your property’s listing page on the PropertyNow website, where they can enquire immediately.
  • The Goal: We aim for a high-impact "burst" of activity, typically targeting between 300 and 500 clicks per campaign.


Precision Targeting

We don't just "show your ad to everyone." We use Facebook’s advanced algorithms to find the people most likely to actually buy or lease your property:

  • Location: We target people living in your property’s suburb and a surrounding 17–40km radius (as local interest is the strongest indicator of a sale).
  • Behavioral Priority: Our system prioritizes users who have recently been searching for or viewing other properties nearby.
  • Exclusions: We intentionally exclude "people just visiting the area" to ensure your budget is spent on genuine residents or relocators.
  • Demographics: We generally target a 24–60 year age range, though we can adjust this and the location radius if you have specific targeting preferences.


Duration and Performance

Because social media is a live auction environment, the "length" of a campaign is determined by performance rather than a set number of days.

  • Average Duration: Most campaigns run for approximately two weeks.
  • Performance-Based: If your ad gets a lot of engagement quickly, the campaign may finish sooner as the click target is reached. If engagement is slower (due to high competition in your area), we keep the ad running longer to ensure you get the value you paid for.
  • Variable Factors: Factors like your property's "clickability" and the level of competition from other ads in your suburb will influence your final Cost Per Click (CPC).


Tracking Your Results

To keep our costs low and your results high, we do not provide an automated live reporting dashboard. However, we believe in full transparency:

  • Performance Screenshots: On request, we can provide a screenshot of your ad’s performance data.
  • Frequency: You can request an updated performance screenshot once every 7 days during your campaign.
