Is there an Apply button on my realestate.com.au listing?
No. realestate.com.au doesn't show an Apply button on our listings. Tenants see a prompt to Enquire instead — and the moment they do, our system automatically replies with the link to your application form. So an enquiry on REA is the first step of an application, not a dead end.
Domain, Rent.com.au and TenantApp do show an Apply Now button.
You can also send the link yourself: it's on your property dashboard once the listing is live, and you can SMS or email it to anyone who inspects.
Applications arrive in your account, not by email — you'll get an email notification with a link to view them.
