Is there a lock-in contract for rental management?

No. There's no minimum term beyond the period you've already paid for, and you can cancel your rental management subscription any time.

Prepaid periods, such as the 3 months included with Advertise & Manage or a 12-month annual plan, run to the end of what you've bought. They aren't refunded pro-rata if you cancel part way through. Subscribed by mistake? Contact us straight away and we'll cancel it and refund you.

To cancel, open your subscription in your account and click Cancel. You can also contact our team and we'll help.

Subscriptions renew on their billing date and can't be paid ahead of time.
