How do I view documents attached to tenancy applications?

Troubleshooting: Cannot open application attachments, can't view application attachments, or asked for a login to view attachments.

If you cannot open the attachments on a tenancy application, can't view the attachments, or don't know what the login is to get the attachments, this is not a system error and you do not need a login. To view the application's documents, simply scroll past the PDF viewer in your PropertyNow dashboard to the "Additional Attachments" section and click the files directly.

Why am I being asked for an "Inspect Real Estate" or "REAPIT" login?

If you are trying to view tenant documents and see a login screen asking for an Agency Name or Username, it means you have clicked a "blue link" inside the application PDF.

As a private owner, you do not have a login for "Inspect Real Estate" or "REAPIT." These are internal backend systems for traditional agencies. You do not need this login to access your tenant's information.

How to view your documents correctly

The documents are available to you in two ways within your PropertyNow account.

This is the best way to get clear, high-resolution copies of IDs and payslips without needing any passwords.

  1. Log in to your PropertyNow Dashboard.
  2. Open the Tenant Application.
  3. Scroll down past the PDF viewer area.
  4. Below the PDF, you will see a section titled "Additional Attachments".
  5. Click the filenames (e.g., Payslip_120226.pdf) to download or view them directly on your device.

Method 2: Scrolling through the PDF

The watermarked documents are also embedded directly into the pages of the tenant application PDF.

  • How to view: Simply scroll through the pages of the PDF viewer in your dashboard.
  • The Trap: You will see blue text links (like "Rent Ledger") on these pages. Do not click these. These are the links that trigger the "Inspect Real Estate" or "REAPIT" login prompts. If you need to view a larger size, please use Method 1 above.
