All rental applications for PropertyNow listings are submitted digitally via 2Apply, Australia's leading secure tenancy application platform.

• Tenants can find the "Apply Now" button on Domain.com.au and also receive it via email when they enquire.
• The 2Apply system guides tenants through uploading their ID, income proof, and references in a secure environment.

How Landlords Receive Applications

To maintain the highest security standards and comply with Australian privacy principles, we do not send full applications or sensitive tenant documents via email.

1. Email Notification: When a new application is submitted, we will send an automated alert to your registered email address.
2. No Attachments: This email is a notification only. It will not contain the application PDF or any personal tenant data.
3. Secure Dashboard Access: To view the application, you must log in to your PropertyNow Dashboard. This ensures that sensitive data is only accessed via an encrypted, password-protected connection.
