How do I get a rental ledger for a previous tenancy?

Your rental ledger lists the payments for a tenancy, with the total income. You'll find it on your property's Reports page.

Choosing a tenancy

If your property has had more than one tenancy, pick the one you need from the Tenancy dropdown. Each tenancy is listed by its start date and primary tenant, and ones that have finished are marked (Ended). It starts on your current tenancy, so if that's the one you want there's nothing to change.

Click Request Ledger Report to see that tenancy's transactions, total income, lease start date and primary tenant. Then click Download Report for a PDF copy. If you switch to a different tenancy, request the report again to see its details.

When you might need one

A former tenant may ask for a copy of their rent ledger, or you may need one for a tribunal hearing. Choose their tenancy from the dropdown and download it as above.

If something on the ledger doesn't look right, get in touch on 1300 664 773 (9:00am to 5:30pm AEST, 7 days) and we'll take a look.
