Are lease agreements created with PropertyNow legal and compliant?

Yes — PropertyNow's lease agreements are designed for standard residential tenancies in the relevant state or territory and include the prescribed terms and required information for that jurisdiction.

They may look different from the blank PDF template published by a state authority, but a different layout doesn't make the agreement less valid. Once the correct details are entered and the agreement is signed by the parties, it forms the tenancy agreement between the landlord and tenant.

As with any lease, make sure the property details, rent, dates, inclusions and any special terms are accurate. Unusual arrangements or additional conditions may need individual advice, so contact our team or the relevant state tenancy authority if something falls outside a standard tenancy.

For a normal residential tenancy, you can create and sign the agreement through PropertyNow with confidence.
