# Why haven't my ownership documents been approved yet?

**Most likely because you haven't checked out yet.** We only check your ownership and ID documents after your listing has been paid for at checkout. Uploading them early is a good idea, because it saves time later, but it doesn't start the check.

### What to do

1. Finish your listing and pay at checkout.
2. If you're paying by bank transfer, we check your documents once the funds have cleared.
3. We then check your documents, usually within 1 to 3 hours during our support hours (9:00am to 5:30pm AEST, seven days a week).

### Already paid?

If you've paid and it's been longer than that during support hours, contact our team and we'll take a look.
