# Why does my property show "Image not available"?

The picture next to your property on your dashboard and property page comes from your **listing photos**. If you haven't listed the property with us, for example you've joined us for rental management of an existing tenancy, there are no listing photos to show yet, so we show a map of your property's address instead. If we can't place the address on a map, you'll see an **"Image not available"** box.

### Is this on my listing?
No. This picture only appears on your own dashboard. It isn't part of any listing, it isn't sent to realestate.com.au or Domain, and your tenant doesn't see it.

### Will it change?
Yes. As soon as you create a listing for the property and upload photos, your main listing photo replaces it automatically. There's nothing else you need to do.

### Can I upload a photo just for my dashboard?
Not at the moment. If you'd like a photo shown in the meantime, get in touch and we can help.
