# What upgrades are available for the enquiry system?

We offer a few handy upgrades to enhance your enquiry experience.

**Direct Call Connection: $95**
Instead of being given your number, enquirers are **connected directly to you** to chat in real time.

**SMS Alerts to You: $28**
Receive an **SMS notification** in addition to email for every enquiry.

**SMS to Enquirers: $28**
Enquirers receive an SMS with **your contact details** after calling.

**Full Upgrade Package** (all of the above) cost: $130
