# Relisting a property from your dashboard

Your old listing stays in your account, so you never have to start from a blank form. What happens next depends on how the listing ended.

### If your sale fell through

Unmark the property as sold from your account — one click, free of charge — and the original listing goes back up with its ID, list date and history intact. See [My sale fell through](https://help.propertynow.com.au/en/article/my-sale-fell-through-1nmkg6j/).

### If you paused your listing

Click **Change Status** on the listing and choose **Reactivate**. It feeds straight back to the portals as the same listing.

### If you're renting it out again

Rental listings work differently. When a tenancy ends and you need a new tenant, use the **Relist** option on your leased listing. That creates a **copy** of the original — photos, description, details all carried across — which you can edit, then take through checkout. It publishes as a **new listing**, with a new listing fee.

The exception is our 30-day guarantee: if your tenant fell through within 30 days of marking the property leased, contact us and we'll reinstate the original listing free of charge — see [How do I mark my property as leased?](https://help.propertynow.com.au/en/article/how-do-i-mark-my-property-as-leased-1ny9gp4/).

### If you withdrew your listing

Withdrawing ends your listing. Our service runs until your property is sold or withdrawn, so putting a withdrawn property back on the market means a new listing and a new fee. The good news is your old details are still in your account, so you're not starting from scratch — get in touch and we'll set it up.
