# My listing changes aren't showing

Saved a change and can't see it on the portals yet? Nine times out of ten nothing's wrong — here's the usual rhythm, and what to do if something's genuinely stuck.

Once your listing is live, changes are sent automatically to the portals **24 hours a day, seven days a week**. Most appear within minutes, but the portals can cache their public pages, so a price, photo or description change may occasionally take a few hours to display everywhere.

### What to check

1. **Refresh the portal page:** try a hard refresh or open it in a private/incognito window.
2. **Check the saved version in your PropertyNow account:** confirm the change appears there.
3. **For price changes, check the 10% rule:** see [Why hasn't my price updated?](https://help.propertynow.com.au/en/article/why-hasnt-my-price-updated-1mkzt5p/).
4. **Trigger a re-send:** make a small change, save again, then recheck the portal after a few minutes.

If the change still isn't showing after about three hours, contact our support team and we'll investigate the feed and portal status.
