# How do I upload an existing condition report?

If you are an active rental management subscriber, your account includes access to our fully digital, 100% compliant [Condition Report builder](https://www.propertynow.com.au/digital-condition-reports/). However, we know that sometimes you might have already completed a paper condition report, or perhaps you generated one using a different app before subscribing. If you already have a finalised report, you can easily upload it to keep all your tenancy documents securely stored in one place.

**Important Note:** Document storage and condition report management are exclusive features for our active rental management subscribers. They are not available on standard "listing only" plans.

**How to upload your existing report:**
1. Log in to your PropertyNow dashboard and navigate to your active tenancy.
2. Locate the Condition Reports section and click the option to **Upload Condition Report**.
3. A window will appear prompting you to select the report type. Click to choose either **Entry Report** (Start of tenancy) or **Exit Report** (End of tenancy).
4. Drag and drop your file into the blue upload box, or click the **Upload file** button to select it from your device. *(Supported file types include: .gif, .jpeg, .pdf, .png, and .csv).*
5. Click **Create** to finalise the upload and save the document to your account.

**Updating your checklist:** Once your document is successfully uploaded, our system will automatically tick off the "Completed Entry Condition Report" item on your landlord tenancy checklist so you can easily track your progress!
