# How do I get my professional photos, and when?

Your photographer sends the finished photos to us. We upload them to your listing and send you a copy — usually within **24–48 hours of the shoot**.

You don't need to chase the photographer or forward anything to us. If you've also ordered virtual staging, it starts once the photos are in; tell us which images you'd like staged.

If it's been more than 48 hours since your shoot and nothing has arrived, get in touch and we'll follow it up.
