# Do you provide the QLD Form 2 seller disclosure statement?

**The blank form, yes. A completed one, no.**

The Form 2 template is available in **Forms & Downloads** in your account. But a Form 2 has to be completed with title and other searches before it's valid, and that work isn't part of your listing fee. Our conveyancing partner can prepare it alongside your contract of sale — ask us for a quote.
