# Can I sell a cabin in a holiday or residential park?

**Yes.** A cabin held on a site agreement can be listed as a standard residential sale, at the same flat fee as any other residential property, on realestate.com.au and Domain.

When you list, describe the arrangement clearly in your ad — that the cabin is on a site agreement rather than freehold title, and what the site fees are — so buyers know what they're looking at before they enquire.
