# Can I remove or delete my listing permanently?

Yes, you can delete your listing. Simply log in to your account, click **Change Status** on your listing, and choose the last option. It reads **Remove** while your listing is active or under offer, and **Delete** otherwise.

When deleting, the listing is removed permanently from all sites, including your dashboard. This may take up to an hour. If you delete a listing by mistake, contact us straight away: in exceptional circumstances we may be able to restore it within 30 days.

If you have sold or leased the property, or only need your 'for sale' listing temporarily removed, please choose the Sold, Leased or Pause options instead.
