# Can I list a business for sale?

Not at the moment. We can't advertise businesses for sale. If the sale includes the land or building the business runs from, we can advertise the property itself. For a business-only sale, such as a franchise or a business in leased premises, a specialist business-for-sale site may suit you better.

We can advertise commercial premises for sale or for lease, on realcommercial.com.au and commercialrealestate.com.au. See [Where do you list commercial premises?](https://help.propertynow.com.au/en/article/where-do-you-list-commercial-premises-191mrjd/).
