# Can I do an auction with PropertyNow?

Yes! If you already have an auction booked, just provide the date and time when listing.

We don't run auctions or arrange auctioneers, including online auctions. If you'd like to sell at auction, you'll need to engage an independent auctioneer.

**Selling in Victoria?** From 1 October 2026, new rules apply to auctions on or after 16 October, including publishing your reserve price at least 7 days before the auction.
